What is TRX?

TRX was born in the USA and developed by Fitness Anywhere®. It is a revolutionary method of leveraged body-weight exercises created for Navy SEAL teammates to stay in peak physical condition while enduring all types of conditions with limited space and no access to fitness equipment. It now serves as the functional training system of choice for elite units in every branch of the armed forces.

Suspension Training is a unique and proprietary collection of body weight exercise movements that use the student’s hands or feet to suspend the body from a single anchored point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground. This single-point attachment and suspension provides the ideal mix of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, power and core stability all at once. In addition to offering a range of intense movements targeting the abdominals specifically, significant core strengthening is integrated into each back, shoulder, chest, hip and leg exercise as well. Training on the TRX is "all core, all the time".
